William Gamble

Professional Experience
William Gamble, AIA, joined Nevin Hedlund Architects as a principal in 2007. He specializes in building systems and enclosures, consultant coordination, code requirements, construction detailing and construction administration. His career began at HMBH Architects in Dallas, Texas, where he worked in the construction documents department. Next Will moved to Chicago, joining Lohan Associates as a Project Architect and later being promoted to Associate. While at Lohan Associates, he did work for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including Ameritech, McDonald’s and American General. Will’s career continued at Jones Lang LaSalle (Project Manager in Development Management), Booth Hansen (Project Architect) and Wright Architects (Project Architect). At all of these firms he did a variety of corporate work, such as the Honda Training Center, Leopardo Construction headquarters and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He was also Architect of Record for Center 21, a 9-story office building in Oakland, California. Now at Nevin Hedlund Architects, Will works on a variety of project types, including religious institutions, retail, educational facilities and healthcare. He also oversees the technical aspects of the majority of the firm’s projects.
