This two-story exterior renovation includes the replacement of the curtain wall and storefront. Vertical perforated aluminum panels double as a decorative element and a versatile band to mount the signage of the multiple retail spaces. The addition of two entrance canopies made of curved translucent panels denote the entrances to the dormitory lobby and the main lobby.
