Two adjacent condo units on Lake Shore Drive were combined into one, resulting in a completely remodeled home with sweeping views and lots of light. A gently curved wall breaks up the living spaces within the unit, and lighting is used in deliberate ways to accent zones and complement the architectural details. A variety of finish materials work with the architecture and serve to highlight the client’s art and collections.
